NC Notaries cannot be a witness by NC Law. You will need to provide your own witnesses. Check your documents carefully. All witnessess must have valid ID and cannot be related to you in any way. All witnesses must be 18 years old or older and no relation to you and also must provide valid ID All NC Notarized documents must be filled out in BLUE ink
