Dear Customers, There was a glitch in our system today and you may have received an email about a shipment or shipments
Do not worry, this was simply a duplicate email sent out again to you from your last shipment. 
We do not know why it was sent but tech support assured us that it is okay. 
We have confirmed with USPS UPS and FedEx that no charges would incur.

I have spoken to the USPS on why we are not recieving as much of your mail. I was told to tell my customers, "Please check all of your address and make sure it is updated because any mail that is addressed to 1320 Blairsville Highway and not 2088 Highway 64 West will be returned to Sender."

We just can't accept a QR.
No one in our area can.

When you start your return, select a Drop Off Point for FedEx, UPS or USPS and make sure it has a bar code and not a QR

Either print it at home or we can print it for you for $1.50
Quick and Easy!!

No QR Codes Please
MVPS CANNOT accept QR Codes to return your packages.
In fact, no one locally can. 

QR Codes, as you see pictured, are for The UPS Store, The USPS Store and The FedEx Store franchise locations ONLY.
These stores are 1-2 hours in any direction away.


Here is a step by step guide to converting your QR to a bar code.

On the Amazon app or website:-find the item you are returning in "Orders"
-go to manage returns and cancel the return-
Now you start over..

-Find the item to return and select it-choose "return or replace item"-answer the questions about your return reasons and refund method
NOW...

-Amazon will give you 3 choices for returning
1. UPS Store QR Code...NO
2. USP Drop Off-box and label needed...YES
3. Ups Pick up...NO
ALWAYS CHOOSE OPTION # 2

From here...You can either print this label yourself and tape it on then bring it to MVPS to drop it off or...

-go to print label and choose Email label
-Choose share to a friend
-send it to QR2BARCODE@GMAIL.COM

We can print it for you and tape it on for $1.50 per label

...That's it, easy peasy!!

Packing and Shipping

Need to ship something to someone? We can do this! Simply bring your items to us and we will professionally pack them and ship to your destination using top carriers like FedEx, UPS and USPS. Be Aware, there are limitations to what you can send through the mail. We can guide you through this or there is your favorite search engine to check out what can ship and what cannot.

VIRTUAL MAILBOXES

Using the Anytime Mailbox platform, you have the convenience of a mailbox on your phone, tablet or computer. It's all online and you never have to leave the house! Go to: https://mountainvalley.anytimemailbox.com/signup Sign up for service and follow the prompts... that's it! You will be assigned a mailbox and an address that you can start using as quick as same day.

DROP OFF CENTER

We accept all prepaid drop offs for Fedex, UPS, and the USPS IF....it does not have a QR code When dropping off with us, please take a moment to leave your information including your name and email address. We email you a confirmation of your drop off so you have proof that you did this if an issue with your return arises.

Mailboxes

Mailboxes are available with MVPS! We are the cheapest mailbox rental in the tri-state area! Plus, "their" premium rental package is our standard one. We have 350 boxes, 2 sizes and larger ones to come in the future. Inside, Outside and Virtual Mail boxes and package delivery* are available for you. Inside mailboxes are available during business hours Outside mailboxes are available 24\7 Virtual Mail is a convenient online way to manage your mail experience. Delivery Service saves you money and makes online shopping easier! You will be assigned a mailbox, number and two keys that you can start using today. Don't wait too long...... *delivery service is using us as a drop off/pick up point for your packages because commercial addresses are typically cheaper to ship to and carrier vans won't tear up your driveway. This is also helpful if you live in a remote area or difficult terrain

KEY CUTTING

That's right, we cut keys! We can copy the most common residential keys while you wait. Kwikset, Schlage, Yale, Masterlock.. and yes, mailbox keys.. plus more to come.
